February 11, 2012 - Wow nose of bacon and ripe red peperonis, roasted meat, a hint of vanilla, hint of coffee... taste is very smooth with tons of silky tannins, animal... it is incredible how Mourvèdre can be soo good at this young stage, it is almot feminine!!

12/6/12, 3:31 AM - How did you manage to taste Chimère (sauf si c'est toi Philippe, en ce cas c'est claire) I wanted to get a bottle but it was absolutely impossible, I couldn't even find a picture of the bottle, that's how rare this wine is :-)

only 388 magnums were made ... no wonder it is rare.

    Thanks!
