  February 7, 2012 - Our '95 Quintet definitely exceeded my expectations! The wine was drinking beautifully considering its age. No funk on the nose and the color was a nice deep garnet, with no trace of that brownish tint on the edges that you sometimes see on bottles that are well past their prime. The wine was definitely very complex with a lot of earthiness and a nice long finish. We paired it with a sirloin and grilled peppers and onions. Went perfect.
