  February 17, 2012 - Weekend at Zuli's; 2/16/2012-2/19/2012 (St. Catharines, Ontario): Decanted 2 hours and enjoyed over the next 3. Dark garnet color, 13.5% abv. Nose of tar, black cherry, tobacco, and pepper. Flavors of slightly tart black cherry, plum, and anise. Full bodied, powerful yet restrained, fully mature. Will drink wonderfully over the next 8-10 years, in my humble opinion. All hail Gaja.
