  February 18, 2012 - Consistent with my previous notes. Solid mousse with plenty of medium-sized bubbles remaining. Yeasty apple nose. Medium bodied with a citrus-driven profile alongside some hints of spice. Dry medium length finish. The overall quality has seemed to drop off very slightly over the past two years; I recommend drinking any remaining bottles soon. Nonetheless, remains one of my best ever Garagiste sparkling wine purchases.
