  March 11, 2012 - I drank the first half of this yesterday and drinking the other half today. It really has opend up to very nice wine. A sweet carmel-like bouquet with a hint of spice, and some heat. The palate is really sweet and lingering. Beautiful Amarone. This wine is mature, but I believe it still can be cellared for some years.
