  January 18, 2012 - My system (nose mouth finish) +++, popped and poured over 3 hours, carbonic high tone notes on the nose, stem/oak tannin in perfect balance, acidic red fruits, spice. day 2 a little more pounced acid and spice. easily 5+ in the cellar to go if I can keep my hands off it.
