  March 24, 2012 - David White was interviewing Peter Weygandt for the Terroirist blog and recommended this sparkler. My wife and I are very glad that he did! This is a clear, pale lemon with a medium intense nose. Green apples, dried apricots, kafir lime zest, and a dry biscuit aromas bound off the fine bubbles. A wonderfully dry Cremant de Jura with a lithe body of mouth watering high acidity. The kafir lime and green apples carry on from the the nose to the palate along with a fine mineral element. The finish is medium-plus and my mouth is still watering! The balance is superb and this can compete with Champagnes costing 2 to 3 times as much. This is a very good example of a sparkling Juras.
