  March 24, 2012 - Alluring nose of honey-floral, citrus (lemon), hints of stone; in the mouth a steady foundation of light lemon-lime citrus topped by fruit highlights of pureed pear-quince and perhaps apricot and fermented pear, accompanied by salty mineral; finish lingers as it moves from fruit into salty mineral and spice. Body medium, acid lower. Just fabulous. Price as tested USD 85.
