March 25, 2012 - StewartWent's comments are spot on. Looked at this over a few rare dry-aged rib-eyes alongside Clos du Marquis 1990. Confess that the Bordeaux took it but was pleasantly surprised with the earth and leather notes with slightly sweet red fruits that it showed. Delicate and memorable despite being past it's prime.
