  March 25, 2012 - Honeysuckle, apple, and a hint of honeydew on the nose. Very crisp and cuts through the buffalo wing sauce cheddar cheese I had. This did seem to get better with a year or two aging. I did not enjoy this when I opened the first bottle. Still not great though.

  3/25/12, 6:03 PM - I found it a bit malic, but fun! Be interesting if it is better this year. I ahve a couple left and wasn't that keen on it.
