  March 25, 2012 - Deep red, semi-transparent. Cassis and jam with a hint of menthol or spicy herb. Muted fruit with tea, tar and pretty transition to cherry. This is drinkable on its own, and I'd pair it with light appetizers (serrano wrapped asparagus, perhaps). At $18CAD, this is a steal.
