  April 7, 2012 - I have had this wine since 2005 and I was purposely aging it, but maybe I left it too long? I haven't had many 11 year old white wines before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was interesting, just funky. The nose was very sherry-like, and we didn't really enjoy it on its own. However, with several seafood dishes it really brought a lot of complexity to the table.
