  April 7, 2012 - Found this buried in the cellar. Deep caramel. Sweet nose of cherry blossoms and apricots. The wine was pleasant but nothing special. Probably much too much age for this wine. Essentially a sweet apple and honey wine with a touch of vanilla. No acid, little complexity. Glad we had it when we did, would have been better a few years ago.
