  April 13, 2012 - This wine defines minerality. Tons of wet rocks, slate and pencil eraser with just a hint of lemon and apricot on the nose. Very aromatic. Slate/rock also come through up front on the palate, which isn't as intense as the nose. Moderate acidity with tart green apple and lemon in addition to the minerals. Very terroir driven for a Sonoma wine; I'll be interesting to see where this goes with age.
