  April 15, 2012 - Sorry to pile on the 'unique' theme, but this is not a white that fits any mold. Herby, orchard fruit and a strange, but appealing, earthy, rubber eraser undertone. Lean palate with loads of mineral, tame but very noticeable acidity and interesting flavors. Not really complex, though expressive for sure. Was great with salad and paired well with a rich blue marlin dish before switching to a more texturally interesting wine. Can imagine lots of uses for this throughout the summer.
