  April 15, 2012 - this wine was good. however there is a slight tannin problem it seems like there is still green left. my assumption is that one of the grapes was not fully ripened for this blend. the wine unfolds beautifully in the decanter, with dark, intense fruit. But there is still that linger of un-ripness in the background that brings this wine down. Maybe a year or two more cellaring will help. Drinking well now. does open up a little with time in the decanter tho, mind you very little.
