  April 16, 2012 - If you survey my reviews, it's pretty clear that I am no fan of overt oak, so I was a bit concerned that this Clio would turn out to be an oak monster. However, I found it to be delicious and well balanced for such a big wine--just the right amount of tannins to act as a counterweight to the fruit, and enough acid to hold it all together and avoid being a total fruit bomb. Really great for bold cheeses or steak. Personally I would not wait on this.
