  April 19, 2012 - Light golden yellow. Nose: Yellow apples, honey, tinned asparagus. Second day also some wet wool. Mouth: Yellow apples, honey, mandarine, grape, nice acidity balancing and somewhat hiding the residual sugar. A top class wine now and for many years ahead.
