  April 21, 2012 - Smooth but a bit thin - there's just not much there...no heat which is good, but not much depth of flavors either
  
  Nose: hints of plums, carroway, and graphite with some of that pinot giveaway barnyard
  Pallet: slight hint of strawberry but very subtle and some nice caramel
  Legs: a bit of tannin but very smooth if a bit light - i could have done for more of something...anything really
