  April 22, 2012 - Your typical Pax, but much, much more Tannic. Echoing many of the comments here, there is a great opportunity for aging. Dealers choice when opening, lots of deep plum and dark fruit off the top-1 hour of decanting. After that it starts to mellow into a Rhone tasting Syrah, with more of the earthy elements taking over, and the dark fruit leaving. Good stuff.
