April 27, 2012 - Pop/pour. Sweet, bramble tones on the nose with an green pepper accent that's a positive. Much of the same on the palate, which is initially a bit acidic. With 15 minutes or so, the acidity starts to fold in and the wine gains depth. This is in a much better place than it was 3+ years ago. While I'd like to think this might develop additional secondary character with time, the safe bet would be to drink over the next 2-3 years.
