  April 29, 2012 - took to group 50th bday party in vegas with my college buds, this wine disappointed... i have a bunch of the '90 Lafon Santenots which i love, hoped this would be great too but not to be... nose was nice and got nicer as it opened over four hours, the palate however was astringent, drying and not pleasant (and i love acidic wines!)... hope it was simply a bottle that whiffed cuz i have three more, my instinct is to wait 3-5 years for next one
