  May 6, 2012 - Call me crazy, but found this Trader Joe's cote de duras a perfectly good drinkable, typical Bordeaux region French red. Acidic, no bad aftertaste. Drank bottle on its own in evening. If you're looking for new world style oaken pyrotechnics, neither this nor other French wines are for you; if you appreciate French wines then this one is fine, middle of the road. (Sure, I can't speak for consistency in this vintage, as I only had one bottle. But the one I had was fine.)
