May 7, 2012 - Opened a bottle to compare with the '07 Trignon, Sablet. Both are somewhat round, but easy to drink. With both wines I am sensing a lack of acidity, which makes them easy to drink, but I think it limits the overall character and quality of the wine. Maybe this will change in a couple of years, but for now, I am looking for more out of them.
