  May 10, 2012 - After a day vacu-corked in the fridge, wine became richer and fuller in fruit, with distinct orange and tropical fruit notes in the mix, and acquired a fatty-petrol note like an Alsatian (Alsace) wine. Body medium plus, acid medium or lower. Really tasty, patience was a virtue here.
