  May 13, 2012 - This wine is still amazingly vibrant and flavorful. Retains its ruby red color with a soft nose. Lovely cherry fruit with a minty mid-palate drape and a nice smooth oak finish. We paired it with lamb chops on the grill with sauteed spinach and mushrooms, which it complemented well and did not overpower.
