  May 12, 2012 - 2 hour decant. Maturing beautifully but not quite there yet - rustic flavors, cherries and dark chocolate mixed together, anise, cedar and earth. Good tannic grib and medium-long finish. Quite a lot of sediment in this bottle. Give it a few more years in the cellar or decant 3-4 hours.
