  May 16, 2012 - Still a big bold black fruit driven wine. Liqueur berries, rocks, dark pencil shavings and char coal.
  Bigger and robust. Dark coffee grounds, some plump rhubarb, pepper spice, burnt caramel, dark roasted nuts.
  Clean and silky mouth feel. Big finish but on day 2 the alcohol and tannins settled in nicely.
