  May 21, 2012 - Drank at ICI Bisto in Toronto. Decanted for approximately thirty minutes before first glass and then followed over 2 hours. Still youthful on the nose, with raspberry, fig, red liquorice, with a touch of earth. Very little secondary development on the nose. On the palate again showed mostly raspberry, with some cherry notes but pretty one-dimensional. Revisit in 2-3 years.
