  May 21, 2012 - Pale yellow. Lemon and minerals on the nose. Fairly one dimensional, does not have the signature grapefruit flavors common to New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Could do better at this price point. Day 2, no improvement. Would not purchase again or recommend.
