  May 22, 2012 - This wine is still young! After a 2 hr decant, this inky purple wine was still somewhat sharp on the finish although it had an overall smooth, silky mouthfeel and lovely, fruity nose. On day 2, the sharp finish was gone and it was very pleasant. My remaining bottles will sit a year or two before I open another one.
