  May 31, 2012 - pop and pour. drank one glass only, about an hour after decanting. While secondary flavors are somewaht limited, this is DEEEELICIOUS, so I have to give it a higher score than I would otherwise, based on development alone. Great dark berries, some herb and spice in the background. Bit of pepper, though the fruit does dominate. Still some tannic support, though it should be drunk over the next few years I would guess.
