  June 2, 2012 - From the moment the bottle is opened to the last drop this wine is an explosion of flavor and texture. It's rare I find a cab that is ready to drink at opening. I am going t o go out and buy a few more bottles. It's fruit forward without being jammy. It has tannins but not so much that your mouth shrinks. It's good.
