  July 9, 2012 - Dark-fruited, structured wine with fine tannins and high acidity. The wine budged little with an hour of airtime, but started to open up around three hours. Will never be a flashy wine, but folks who like traditional wines should enjoy this with 3-5 years in the cellar.
