  July 10, 2012 - Usually I am a big Montirius fan, but this wine does not cut it. Floral on the nose with some minerals, so far so good. But then when I taste it evrything falls apart. The wine has a strange combination of sharp acidity with a part watery taste. It is almost good but the balance is wrong. Perhaps better with air or aging. It is still a good wine due to the sharpness of the acidity and the long finish but it is not the usual homerun from this excellent vineyard.
