July 10, 2012 - Finally. After having been troubled by it's intense tannins since I've opened my first bottle in 2008, now is the time where it's developed into a wider, fuller and more balanced wine.
Still there is a lack of acidity, and it still seems a bit jammy and overloaded, but the aromas are delightfully in rythm with the juice. This is the time to drink, combined with grilled red meat.2,159 views
