  July 15, 2012 - I was a big fan of this, though it showed older than it was. Medium golden straw core, developed bouquet of petrol, peach, green and red apples. Very mineral, almost slate undertone, with a fair amount of dried herb and hay. Flavors are rich cinnamon apples and peach with a long, brown spice finish.
