  July 15, 2012 - My first vinho verde. Very sour citrus, green grapes on the nose, lemon peel, and a hint of kiwi. Could see the bubbles in my glass while I poured it. Very tart, lemon zest coming through on the pallet and I really got the finish of sour kiwi. Try sour kiwi sometime and note the finish, this wine gives me a similar finish. A little thin for my taste, would like a little more fullness, but it was definitely refreshing and great on a hot day.
