  July 18, 2012 - Pleasantly surprised. Crystals forming on cork, strong 'spoiled milk' smell upon opening. Light tan in color, pours like it's very thin, aroma from glass is good, nose a little too stuffed to pick out specifics though. Refreshing is a good way to describe aroma and taste. Has enough acid to hold it's own while still having a nice sweetness. Apple peel like finish. Glad I have more left to enjoy this and next summer. Stored at 52 degrees, served at about the same, which seems just about right for this wine.
