  July 18, 2012 - Dark red ruby color. Following 45 min of decanting: Charming and complex nose with all the typical sweet spices of Syrah, pepper, cinnamon, red fruit, and a lot of herbal notes (mint and eucalyptus). Same flavors on the palate, medium body with excellent but still young tannins. Adequate acidity, very good lasting. It will certainly evolve nice the following years, and i will keep an eye on it!
