  April 8, 2012 - Drinking like an incredibly mellowed tawny Port after more than 80 years in the barrel – though it’s hard to believe this wine is actually that old. Pale amber color. Slightly nutty caramelized aromas. Light mouthfeel shows a little apple followed by walnuts and brown sugar. The finish is soft, but with good length. An interesting look into aged Grenache Blanc. “Super Cattle in Seattle” American Wagyu dinner at the Herbfarm.
