  July 27, 2012 - Tasted at the release party. First sparkling wine produced by Ravines. Very nice mouth feel. Nutty, mildy spicy with a slight twist of lemon. It will be interesting do try this again over the course of time as it gets more bottle age on it. I was very glad to have tasted the inaugural vintage of this wine at release. It is a very nice addition to the Ravines cellars - and a nice addition to the Finger Lakes. 130 cases produced.
