    July 29, 2012 - Decanted for three hours. Best of three bottles that I've had over the past few years. On the nose, intense aromas of baking spices, orange rind, and cherry skin. This leads to a palate full of rich sour cherry, the edges of tar, and long, deep, fine grape tannins. The texture is seamless, and classic nebbiolo flows from the glass. Just a treat to enjoy now, this can be enjoyed many years going forward, but I don't imagine it getting better than this.
