  July 17, 2012 - pale, white gold colour - very clear and shiny. nose: elderberry flowers, some honey and nectar, some herbs. Really interesting. taste: great acidity and good balance; fresh but some kind serious with all details in right place; sweetness of flowers and ripe fruits in the finish. Very good - you hardly find one to resist it.
