  August 18, 2012 - Colour: Deep dark purple, slender cassis couloured rim. Nose: Fresh ripe cherries, vanilla pudding (slightly caramelized) undertone, fresh, weath biscuit, hint of sour acidity. Very round and full, balanced, medium finish. Young cassis with young brambles undertone, fresh, slightly undercooked apple pastry, crumble. Still young, but pleasant to drink. Advise to keep for now and get positively surprised.
