August 25, 2012 - A fabulous Shiraz. The color is a velvety rich purple with a nose of rolling oak, red berries, tobacco, and shaved dark chocolate. The palate starts with rich chocolate followed by dark berries with an understated vanilla kicker. The tannins provid a surprisingly round finish for a young wine. Exellent complement for a seared rib eye with hymilayian pink salt My only criticism, Why the screw top? 5+14+17+9=95
