  January 20, 2007 - One of three Chardonnays served at our annual Rotary dinner. This was the overwhelming favorite (Kistler and Ramey were the others served and pretty good as well) of the 24 people attending. Thick, cloudy with evolving pineapple, heavy citrus and apple taste. This changed throughout the night and each phase was just as good as the previous ones. If you have any more of these, covet them for special occasions.
