  September 12, 2012 - Opened one hour prior to drinking. Stunning minerality on the nose, great complexity and length. Not as good as the previous bottle but still peerless amongst chasselas wines. It's now entering it's second life and I'm looking forward to opening the next bottle in 4-5 years.
