  October 7, 2012 - NOSE: grassy, with notes of orange, lemon, and spice; hint of Belgian yeast, too. Almost smells like it will be a touch sour. complex.
  
  BODY: active, frothy whitish head; healthy carbonation; medium-light bodied.
  
  TASTE: frothy; moderately rich; clean; lemon-infused black tea; hint of orange peel; 6.5% alc. well-hidden; easily one of the top 5 Saisons I've had --- possibly the best. 10/10.
