  October 11, 2012 - Scents of sawdust, herbs, sticks of liquorice, ripe mashed lightly cooked strawberries, sand from a birdcage sailing on a small lake of jura minerals.
  In the mouth it is medium-bodied with velvety tannins and a good acidity. The minerality with seaweed salinity and seashells is prominent and similar to the other Jura wines we previously tasted. Pinot Noir dominates but you can sense the slight peppery units from Trosseau grapes. No oxidative notes, good balance, tastefully with finesse and not too much bio.
  Jura is magic!
